Coaching options
Choose the level of support you need
Each option builds on the same principle: a training plan should reflect the terrain, elevation, and race you are preparing for.
Monthly one-on-one coaching
Ongoing plans built around your weekly volume, elevation gain, and trail profile, with regular feedback on workouts, terrain adaptation, and nutrition testing.
Race build-up blocks
Focused training blocks for a specific target race, including pacing plans, drop bag logistics, and a structured taper protocol.
Course strategy session
A single consultation to plan your approach to a specific course, covering climbs, descents, aid stations, and where to hold back.
How coaching works
From first conversation to race day
01
Intake conversation
We talk through your current training, injury history, target race, and the course profile you are preparing for.
02
Baseline volume review
Your existing weekly mileage and elevation are assessed, so the plan starts from where you actually are.
03
Weekly adjustments
Regular check-ins let us adapt workouts to fatigue, terrain, and race goals as the training block progresses.
Tell me about your current training
Describe your weekly volume, your target race, and the terrain you train on. That is the best place to start.
